About the Space

We are a media production company located on 5th Ave and would like to share a quiet space for small photoshoot, video recording, SNS shooting, Podcast recording, streaming session etc. Green, White, and Black backdrops are available. If necessary, we provide the following professional production equipment at an additional cost (Please see the detail from the add-on section): -Go Pro 8 -Go Pro 9 -Switcher (ATEM Mini Extreme) -SONY NX5R -SONY NX80 -Tripod -LED Panel*4 (Lightning Kit) -Green Backdrop -White Backdrop -Black Backdrop -Camera Crews (Fee changes based on different factors) Our business hour for the studio is M-F 8am-8pm, but overtime is possible with extra fee of 1.5

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
