About the Space

The space is perfect for photo shoots and small gatherings. There is a variety of rooms with trendy decor as well as a large backyard. The living room is open concept with plenty of space. Our “Good Vibes” room was made for shoots and has a different look on both sides of the space.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:

  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

We had a really great experience! The communication was great and the place was perfect. She’s very cool and accommodating to everyone! Definitely would book again! Even when going over on time she was very understanding to the creative process and handled everything professionally!

The Beechwood Bungalow property is so awesome. The yard was perfectly manicured. The interiors were exactly as pictured in the listing. The space was clean and the bathrooms were immaculate. Chidi went above and beyond to be helpful. I highly recommend this space.
