Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Cleaning and disinfecting will take place prior to booking for bathrooms and hard surfaces Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning * Hosts with more than 5 guests must remove all garbage and trash off the property and take it with them. Failure to do so will result in $300 fine.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

About the Space Our home studio is a 2200 sq ft open space,over an acre outdoor lush garden area featuring huge windows with Mediterranean columns and statues and fish pond on one full side. The studio is beautifully decorated. Studio has been used for photo shoots events and films .All decors are subject to change.If you need anything specifically you need to to let us know in advance. *** Your setup / clean up has to be WITHIN your booking period. Otherwise extra fee will be added to the total amount .Please ASK to confirm for future availability days.We are mostly booked sometimes 2 to 3 months in advance.if you think your photo shoot may extend for the next day, please book the minimum hours and days accordingly so you can complete the shoot. *** Please note, this is NOT a sound proof space. We would highly recommend bringing in great audio recording equipment and sound proofing tools as we could not control the sound from our surrounding area.

NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. SECURITY CAMERAS - We have security cameras outside the space DAMAGES - You will be accounted for any damages to the space / items INJURIES - We are not liable for injuries PARKING - There are free up to four car parking space on the driveway the as well as in the garden PLEASE NOTE: please book early or inform us early for bookings. All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time. Order food and drinks from local vendors and have it delivered right to your event. Available after booking.

We have outdoor security cameras on the entrance.there is no recording devices in the bathrooms or in the dressing rooms

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
