There are noises from the street but not loud enough to disrupt indoors. Next door is a space that occasionally has parties on the weekends so the music can be heard late in the evening.

5 outlets located on the lower walls. The circuit breaker is located in the downstairs office.

1 No holes in walls or anything that will peel paint. No furniture or equipment that will scratch flooring. 2.Smoking/Alcohol /Cleaning: We have a strict no smoking policy. If we find any signs of smoking you will be asked to leave. No selling of alcoholic beverages of any kind on the premises. NO PARTIES. Please be sure to leave studio in the same condition that you found it. We provide garbage cans and bags and will remove garbage. 3. Studio is not responsible for any lost or left behind items. Please make sure to remove your items and only your items. Any removal or damage of Studio property will be imposed a fine. 4. Cancellations and Overtime: Any cancellations within 48hrs of event are non refundable .Your booking time includes setup and clean up so please book accordingly. If you require additional time on day of rental and the studio is available we will do our best to accommodate you Payment for additional time is required prior to timing. 5. COVID:We require proof of negative testing, masks when entering premises and no overcrowding.
