About the Space
Our Studios are ready for you to take over and make your own. Whether it's an online event or recording a high-quality training video, you'll have a beautiful backdrop with professional lighting and audio to perform. You'll be surrounded in a sleek, clean aesthetic with industrial accents that's sure to impress clients and colleagues alike. Dress up the space with uplighting, props, and adjustable lighting to match the tone of your video. With the Studios you'll also receive an on-site Producer to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.

Equipment loading description
Give us a call when you know your ETA. Once you arrive, go to the Urban Work Loft office and inform them of your visit. We'll come down to meet you and handle the freight elevators with you.

We have plenty of power outlets and hubs to keep everything running. Most of our desk equipment has cable guides to ensure a clean aesthetic.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We diligently sanitize devices and high touch services and require masks to enter the building. Our entire staff is vaccinated.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
