About the Space

1200 SF studio space perfect for small to medium photography and video shoots. Clean, quiet with full climate control and very secure. Located in the Vista business park in a very safe area with plenty of free parking. I offer rental of the space with stands and apple boxes but also have lighting and equipment rentals at an addition cost. There is a very unique 400sf upstairs loft with media seating and 55 TV for clients with plenty of space and privacy for makeup and wardrobe to use as well.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

James was very kind and cool!! He was responsive, professional and welcoming to us as we did some filming for a project...Very spacious and clean space plus amazing for photo and film shoots!!!...Highly recommend!!
