About the Space
Located in the heart of Melville, New York, Our studio is 1 hr 10 min away from Manhattan, 34 min from JFK and 36 min from LaGuardia. Vodcasting studio is a part of a 3,200 sq ft Media Production facility and features 3 Canon EOS 80D cameras, LiveStream HD51 in Video Control Room and Green Screen with over 40 virtual backgrounds. The walls of the room also feature record labels and celebrity rarities and serve perfectly as a background. You also have access to: - 27'x27' Green Room lounge - Dressing/Makeup room - Full Kitchen Area - 5 Bathrooms Engineering and editing is included into a studio rental. *The Studio is a Member of the New York State Film Production Tax Program.

Parking is on site in a designated area in a lit parking lot. There are about 10 spots available.
General Rules
Please treat our place like you would treat your own. We have put a lot of time and love into making our studio as comfortable as possible to enable you to feel your best.
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE: You will be asked to provide a Certificate of Insurance that adds us as additionally insured. This is to cover any damage to the property or to rented equipment. The Producer is responsible for all Workman's Compensation and Production Insurance.
- No cleaning fee will be charged if the space is left in the condition it was found
- Smoking inside the studio comes with a $1,000 penalty
- No Pets

Enhanced cleaning measures:
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
