General Rules NATURAL LIGHT DISCLAIMER: Due to the fact that natural light is by definition inconsistent, the lighting conditions in the studio change dramatically throughout the day. Please note that Anthony Camera Photography is not responsible for any in-climate weather or unideal lighting conditions during your booking. As a renter or studio member, you are renting the physical space for the duration of your booking, and we in no way guarantee any particular quality of light in the studio. By agreeing to this policy, you understand that Anthony Camera Photography will not offer any cancellations, reschedules or refunds due to weather or unideal lighting conditions during your booking at studio. Check-In/Check-out Policy: RENTAL PERIOD INCLUDES TIME FOR CHECKIN, CLEAN UP AND LOAD OUT. Renter’s rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Please respect your rental time slot and allocate time for checkin, clean up and load out. Studio clean up must be completed by the end of the rental period. If the studio is not satisfactorily returned to the state it was prior to the rental period, a clean-up fee will be assessed as per the current Studio fee rates. Overtime will be calculated by the minute beyond the contracted end-time of the rental period when renter is either still using or cleaning up the studio space. Overtime fees will be assessed as per the current Studio fee rates. Terms & Conditions: Payment: Renter will provide full payment for all reservations of studio space in US funds. Renter’s date will not be held until this payment is received and cleared. Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. See Additional Terms section below for more information. Length of Use: Hourly rental periods are 60 minutes and reservations must be a minimum of 2 hours or 120 minutes. Half day rental periods are 5 hours and full day rental periods are 10 hours. Rental periods include time for checkin and checkout. Studio clean up must be completed by the end of the rental period. Do not arrive late - Renter’s rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time Use of Studio. The member must be present at each booking. Member’s use of the Premises and the Building shall be subject to reasonable rules promulgated by Studio, which are designed to foster a safe and cooperative environment between all Tenants in the Building. Such rules shall at a minimum include the following: Unless expressly authorized in writing by Studio the use of any materials requiring ventilation is strictly prohibited on the Premises. Member shall not engage in any activity that results in a noise level not conducive to the environment of the Premises. Renter shall dispose of any materials in accordance with State and local rules and regulations. Renter shall not dispose of materials by pouring and/or dumping same into the sinks, drains, toilets and/or plumbing system of the Building. Use of the Premises shall be limited to those stated in this section of the membership agreement. Violation of this Section or any of the rules promulgated by Studio shall constitute a breach of this agreement and entitle studio to exercise the rights and/or remedies contained herein, including termination of the booking. Terms of Use: Use of our studio and our equipment is AT RENTER’S OWN RISK. Renter hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and/or loss while on our premises. Renter agrees to leave the studio and adjacent grounds in the same condition as they were when Renter arrived. Renters are solely responsible for any legal infractions Renter or members of Renter’s party make during the conduct of the shoot and/or event, be they in our studio or elsewhere. This includes all violations or citations, and legal action resulting from the conduct of the shoot, taken at whatever time. Renter agrees to hold harmless Anthony Camera Photography, its owners, agents, representatives, and contractors acting on its behalf for any loss, accident, or injury to Renter’s self or anyone who accompanies Renter while on our premises. Renter agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on our premises. Renters are solely responsible for the safety and well-being of any models Renter engages. Renter understands that if the Studio observes dangerous, or negligent practices or activities are being engaged in the rented space, the Studio reserves the right to stop the shoot or event and will require Renter and Renter’s party to leave immediately — HOWEVER, the Studio assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY to act in such cases. Renter agrees to hold Anthony Camera Photography, its agents, representatives, and anyone acting on behalf of Anthony Camera Photography completely harmless from any action, legal or otherwise, that results from Renter’s conduct. Renters are solely responsible for verifying that all models employed during Renter’s rental period are of legal age for the activities they are to be engaged in. The Studio has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the renter’s activities but reserves the right to end those activities if it becomes aware that legal age violations are on-going. Renter agrees that a Anthony Camera Photography representative has the right to be present at all times Renters are using the studio. Cleaning Up & Community Responsibility. Anthony Camera Photography renters are part of a community who share the responsibility of keeping the space clean and maintained at all times. It is the Renter’s responsibility to plan ahead enough time to break down all equipment, clean the studio and return it to its initial state and load out of all their equipment and crew. All furniture, props, sets and lighting are to be moved back exactly as they were before. No garbage or leftovers are to be left in the studio. Furniture & Props. Rental of the space includes the use of all furniture and/or props inside the studio space. Grip Equipment. This rental agreement includes the use of studio grip equipment. Grip equipment includes: light stands, v-flat, Tool station, sandbags, backdrop support, extension cords, clamps and tape. Please ask host for full details on available grip equipment. Lighting Equipment. Studio lighting equipment that is property of Anthony Camera Photography and is not to be removed from the studio for any reason, unless approved by studio management. Unless lighting packages are purchased and approved for use by studio management, Renters are prohibited access and use of any studio lights or lighting modifiers that are property of Anthony Camera Photography. Please ask the host for full details on available lighting packages. Studio Alterations & Studio Access. Painting of the walls in the Studio is available prior to Your Studio rental for a charge of $450. You may request and Studio in our sole and subjective discretion may agree to let the Renter paint the walls yourself, using paint and materials that Studio will supply. In that case, there will be no fee for labor, only charges for the paint, supplies, and materials as described above. Spray painting is not allowed; paint may only be applied to the walls by hand-rolling. You understand and agree that You will not paint any other surface anywhere in the Studio premises without permission. You will return Our walls to Us in the same condition the wall were before being painted. If Studio determines in our sole and subjective discretion that You have not returned in the same condition, Studio will bill Renter and Renter will pay for the entire cost to restore it to that prior condition, including via full replacement if it is determined in our sole and subjective discretion that that is the best available means to return it to that condition. Damages. Any damages, stains and scratches of the furniture/props/lighting and any breakage or loss of equipment must be reported to the studio staff immediately with a photo and message. All damages are subject to billing for full replacement and/or fix of the extent of damages. Equipment: Anthony Camera Photography agrees to provide equipment in good working order, but makes no special guarantees as to said equipment’s functionality or suitability to Renter’s purposes. Anthony Camera Photography is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as power outages, weather or emergencies. In such cases, Anthony Camera Photography will refund a prorated portion of Renter’s payment. Arbitration: If the parties are unable to resolve any controversy or claim arising under this Agreement, they agree to submit the dispute or claim to binding arbitration subject to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. This arbitration will take place in Denver, Colorado. The parties further agree that any such controversy or claim shall be submitted to one arbitrator selected from the panels of arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association, that they will faithfully observe this agreement and the Rules, and that they will abide by and perform any award rendered by the arbitrator, and that a judgment of the court having jurisdiction may be entered on the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may refuse to arbitrate when the dispute is for a sum less than $100. Miscellany: This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding and agreement between the Client and the Company. Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. Any waiver of a breach or default hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver of a subsequent breach or default of either the same provision or any other provision of this Agreement. The laws of the State of Colorado shall govern this Agreement. The parties have read both this entire Agreement, agree to all its terms, and acknowledge receipt of a complete copy of the Agreement signed by both parties. Each person signing as Client below shall be fully responsible for ensuring that full payment is made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Highly recommend this studio space! Anthony was super responsive & helpful. The space itself was quite open and and perfect for shooting a short marketing video. Really great light streaming in from the front windows in the mid-afternoon.
