COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

All event items are cleaned before and after each and every use as well as doors and bathrooms with the event space itself being disinfected and air out after each use

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
Space has additional space outdoors

About the Space

Up to 2400 Sqft of multi use event space that could hold everything from live bands and birthday parties to photo shoots, meet and greets & meetings with a check in area, two bathrooms with showers and a private room for catering, one on one meetings or whatever your needs may be. Event planners, designers and staff are available along with set up and break down upon request.

There is enough parking for 60+ cars to comfortably park out Front on a paved dedicated parking lot.

General Rules

No smoking inside the building, no nudity, Outside Catering is allowed, Alcohol is allowed upon further agreements, no structural damages such as walls, floors etc…in addition to, peerspace rules and guidelines do apply. Additional cleaning rates will apply.

Security cameras and recording devices

Outside of the building and visibly inside around the main areas but will be off on the inside during events.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
