We ensure all high touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected before and after every event.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Centrally located historical event venue offers private indoor/outdoor entertaining year round for all occasions, including birthdays, showers, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, work retreats, networking events, micro weddings and more! All inclusive amenities and services, including tables, chairs and linens with your event rental. We are dog friendly!

Parking description

We offer five parking spaces on site, free street parking and parking in the nearby First Presbyterian Church lot.

General Rules

-No glitter, confetti or messy substances -No smoking on the property -Renters must check out by 11 PM seven days a week -Trash and personal items must be taken out of the space by check out -Renters are responsible for following checkin and checkout procedures -Renters serving alcohol after 4PM must purchase Event Insurance (proof due 7 days prior) -Renters may not move permanent outdoor furniture and fixtures -Renters are responsible for theft and damages

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Video security cameras in main event space and outdoors in the courtyard.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
