The catskill park manor is a large and amazing home located in the catskill park forest on 132 acres of land. It has beautiful lawns, large and gorgeous trails, river access (a hike down). The home itself was built by architect Peter Pennoyer, one of the world's top residential architects and who is on architectural digest a few times per year. The home was built to reflect the architectural features of the master, Erik Gunnar Asplund's famous Villa Snellman located in Stockholm. The home has a large library, a beautiful cupola with windows, large rotunda around the library, play and tv area, a grand room with vaulted ceilings and frenchdoors, a formal dining room with curved walls that sits below the rotunda of the library, amazing mountain and forest views, great seating nooks throughout the house, fireplace. The land has fire pits, three wide and well-kept trails for hours of private hiking (and camping). This place has been rented for fashion shoots as well as tv shows.
