COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have professional cleaners service the space once/week as well as after every use.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

Between its unique architectural design, premium audio/visual production and location near Joshua Tree, Our bar promises to deliver world class experience to a wide audience. Our bar is perfect for live music performances, speaking engagements, photoshoots, video shoots and celebrations of all kinds. We offer a 20x14 stage with a Meyer Sound System, 1,234 sq. foot of indoor space and 558 sq ft. of patio space. We also offer bar, food and security, party planning services upon request.

Parking description

We have room 250 cars in our parking lot behind the venue.

General Rules

No smoking in the building but you are welcome to on the patio. Please respect the venue and clear it of all waste in designated receptacles after use.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security cameras outside and inside as part of our insurance requirement. They are on at all times and professionally monitored by Brinks Security. There are no cameras in the bathrooms or green room.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
