About the Space
An awesome 2 bedroom apartment ducked off in the neighbor of the University of Cincinnati! You’ll have access to the master bedroom and the common living spaces to turn into your ideal space for photography, music videos, podcast, etc. Are you an artist who needs a way to avoid creative block and need an alternative space to work in? Parking description
Parking lot is located in the rear of the building, off Earnshaw Avenue (240 Earnshaw Ave). There will be a pass located on the inside of apartment, DO NOT park in the lot without pass or you will get towed. There is street parking on Gilman Avenue as well, the lot is more guaranteed as it is a neighborhood but if you have multiple cars are guest this is where they will have to park and access the apartment from Gilman Avenue.

-Keep noise to a respectable level, but the neighbors are chill.
-Please clean any dishes used
-Outside catering, food and beverage is allowed (Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors)
-Alcohol permitted for those 21+ (please no underage drinking)
-Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
-Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
