About the Space
Photoshoots. Filming. This home is 5300sqft of open luxury. Each of the 4 bedrooms are master suites with attached bathrooms. Each space was created for community to thrive. There is a master kitchen as well as a 2nd "working kitchen" behind. The living room has floor to ceiling windows facing a tree covered lawn. While this could be the home that houses the actors and models live in while filing in DFW, this could also be the home you shoot the film in! The possibilities are endless.

Our cleaning process takes over 12 hours and multiple cleaners. We do use bleach disinfectant.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
