Lovely space perfect for photo or videoshoot and small gatherings (preference given to party inquiries mostly using the outside/backyard space). Open-concept kitchen and living room, two bedroom, two bathrooms, laundry room. Loads of natural light, light hardwood floors, and high-end fixtures. Large, sunny backyard with lots of greenery and patio string lights. House and back yard have street-level access. Generally available within 48 hours. No overnight stays can be negotiated.

Amit’s place is beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. We loved everything about it, especially how open the layout is. The kitchen + living area was perfect for our listening party, and the backyard was just what we needed for our private dinner. Amit is a wonderful host and helped us connect to his dope Bluetooth set up throughout the house. Such a cool thing to have for our event. Everything was super clean. 10/10 book this place!! Such a beautiful property in San Francisco, parking is fairly easy too! Thank you Amit! We will definitely be booking again!

Booked this space for a birthday and it was great. The large outdoor backyard was amazing and the inside of the house was very luxurious and comfortable. Amit was a very gracious host -- I would definitely book the space again!

We filmed a documentary interview in the space and it was great. Load in is easy, there's an office room for staging gear, and Amit was helpful and gracious when our production went long. Parking wasn't a huge issue, although it is 2 hour parking. The street was quiet during the day, although traffic did pick up around 4:30 when people were heading home from work. The only other notable thing is that the dining table doesn't move, but that wasn't an issue for us. Would film an interview here again.
