We require a Certificate of Insurance and a copy of the receipt through eventhelper.com 24hrs in advance of the event Outside food is allowed. All event trash should be place in dumpster by the building at the end of the event Alcohol can be served at your event, but not sold, unless through a caterer with the proper license/permits/insurance. You are responsible for providing security for all events with alcohol, and for ensuring there is no underage drinking. We require a refundable $150 deposit for all bookings that will be serving alcohol. We allow 30 minutes PRIOR to booking times for set ups. If you need more time than that, please let us know. Our exit times are hard exit times. Going over that will be an additional fee charged per hour. The cleaning fee covers preparation of the space for you, and cleaning after your event. We require that guests notify us of any damage. A walk-through is required at the beginning and end of all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items. No smoking is allowed. Pets are allowed upon approval. We require a refundable $100 deposit for incidentals No illegal substances allowed on the premises. If found to be present, client will be asked to dispose of it immediately. Failure to cooperate will result in immediate halt of the rental without refund of any remaining time and authorities will be notified. Client may decorate the studio as long as there is no damage to walls, floors, mirrors, furnishings, equipment, etc. Decorations must be approved before use, and can be hung with Scotch tape or 3M Command Strips. No glitter, silly string, or duct tape allowed. No extremely loud noise to keep our neighbors happy. Confetti is not allowed, as it cannot be vacuumed or easily cleaned up NO OUTDOOR FURNITURE IS TO BE BROUGHT INSIDE THE STUDIO. If any furniture was moved during the course of an event, it must be returned to its original position. Fans should not be on if balloons are present at any event. Any damage to the fans due to balloons tangled in the motor will result in deduction from your security deposit and/or additional charge for damages All Garbage should be bagged and placed in the outside trashcans. Please do not permit young children to eat or drink on the carpeted areas. Ensure that all lights are turned off and doors and windows are locked. Ensure that the thermostat is returned to 78° in the Spring/ Summer and to 68° in the Fall/ Winter.
