About the Space
No roof access or $500+; depends on people and time Minimum deposit must be collected $500 and up, venmo, paypal, zelle... Deposit will be required for all rentals. Numbers of people must be conformed. Flat unique feature are the 4 curved windows as background for photo shoots and filming. Views used as background. 2 en-suite bedrooms 1,350 square feet Hardwood throughout, one fireplace. All 4 curved windows can be opened to a small balconies. Natural lights Bedrooms as dressing rooms for models 1. Indoor wedding, bridesmaids dinner, rehearsals, honeymoon suite overnights… 2. Models shoots 3. CEO leaders portraits shoots 4. Movie set location, inside and outside of the building 5. Photo shoot for products 6. Photo shoot for San Francisco skylights 7. Training seminary 8. Executives retreat meetings 9. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

This was such a fun experience!! The home and views of the city were stunning. Even on a hot day it was comfortable inside with the breezes coming in through the French doors. Very cool experience, especially if it’s a surprise for your group.

Martin was a great host and very accommodating to our requests for the venue booking! Communication was great throughout the process. However, due to some aspects of the venue that we could not overlook, we decided to leave early by no fault of the host themselves. Overall, the process was very smooth!

Great venue and breathtaking views of the city. Easy to communicate with host. Would of rated it 5 stars but just had some issues last minute with changes to accessible areas of the venue.
