About the Space
This 800 square foot office space has a roomy common room that can be used for group training, continuing education, board meetings, etc. Comfortably, 12 to 15 people can be accommodated. There are glass boards on the wall for presentations, free wifi, collaborative working tables with whiteboard tops, and flexible seating options too. There is a small room in the back for one-to-one meetings with a closable door. The backroom has a 65" television that can be connected to an HDMI port or airplay. We will clean and sanitize before and after your meeting.

General Rules
No smoking - ever
Food is allowed, but you will be billed for any cleaning that falls out of the normal scope.
Rooms are available Monday - Friday from 8 am - 2 pm.

Security cameras and recording devices
The facility is monitored by four security cameras that run 24/7 in common areas. There are no audio recording devices on site.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Totally Clean, a local cleaning company, cleans and disinfects between bookings and also every Monday.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
