All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Built in 2019, this 2,251 sqft, 3 bed 3 bath, 2 story home is the perfect getaway for you to relax with your favs! If you have any questions please message me any time The space This is a spacious property that is a great choice for when you are visiting local family or friends. It's a great spot to relax and unwind and enjoy some getaway time. The first floor has a master bedroom with a spacious bathroom as well as a kitchen with a beautiful west coast casual styled dining area. You can relax and watch Netflix in the living room while playing some board games that are provided, and enjoy the sunshine and breeze in the outside patio area. We hope you have a great stay and we expect that you are also a great neighbor, we have quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am and expect no smoking of any kind on the premises, we hope you have fun responsibly and hope you create some wonderful memories here!

You can park 2 cars in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking outside capable of parking 4 extra cars.

No smoking of any kind, no marijuana or any type of drugs Outside catering is allowed No parties, please observe quiet hours from 10 pm until 7 am and be responsible and respectful of the neighboring families thank you

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There are security cameras recording the drive way and the patio and public spaces only, no cameras in the private spaces.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
