- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

About the Space
Our patio is ideal for gatherings of 30-40 people. Anything from featured guest events to birthdays to holiday parties works great in this space. There is roof and infrared heaters that keep the space warm and comfortable in any weather. There are lots of plants and murals done by local artist. There is easy access to a parking lot for loading in and out. We are a cocktail bar with a full kitchen. Our space will have a host on site to help with any set up that you may need. We offer drink packages with our space any time or day. We offer food catering Thursday-Sunday 2:30pm-12am. You can find our catering menu in the the photos of the space *We have a minimum purchase (drinks or food) of $2,000 for any food service* **We have a minimum purchase (drinks or food) of $3,000 for any Friday or Saturday night (after 5pm)** If you would like additional beverages or food you can order it separately with the host. We were incredibly grateful for access to the parking lot and outdoor furniture as well as the trusting hospitality of Jermaine and the staff on site. The space was clean, well decorated and easy to adjust. This is a lovely location for intimate gatherings. I greatly recommend it.

An incredible experience!! This was a lovely COVID-conscious event space that was perfect for my graduation party. The food and drink were amazing, and received high praise from the guests.
