About the Space
This space has a horse stable, tennis court, pool and private lake surrounded by conservation. Outdoor uses are endless and can include golf. The house has a living room, family room, and a game room large galley style kitchen. Master bedroom has a private courtyard shower off the his and hers bathroom. This farm is located close to downtown and yet private. Would make a nice retreat or wedding venue.

Parking description
Unlimited parking on 9 acre equestrian estate. Gated and fenced. Driveway is apprx 650 feet long with turnaround and parking area. Also trucks and cars can park in horse pastures and yard areas. Estate entrance gate can be locked at night to secure parked vehicles.
General Rules
No smoking in the house but Okay outside. All Hillsborough County codes must be followed. Gate and home must be locked at night.
No chemicals near the lake and no motors on the lake. No killing of wildlife while on site. No swimming in the lake but rafts and canoes are okay.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
I have ring cam in several places to monitor front and back of exterior. These can be removed if necessary. Neighborhood has little to no crime.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
This is a farm and we have dogs. We will clean before and after but if special cleaning is required, we can discuss. If the outside is being used, we can discuss which areas will need special attention.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
