Noise: You shall ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure. If wanting to use bands,
stereos, disk jockeys, or any other form of sound amplification/music equipment you must receive
approval from our staff.
Food & Beverage: All food and beverage must be ordered no later than five (5) business days prior to your
event, at which point catering costs are guaranteed (we may be able to increase your catering order up to 24
hours before your event but cannot decrease it. If a guarantee is not provided, the contracted numbers will be
used as the guarantee. All late orders are subject to availability and will be assessed a 10% surcharge. All
food selections are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. If an item is not available an appropriate
substitution will be provided. Outside Food and Beverage is permitted on a case-by-case basis with prior
approval and is subject to a $50 service fee per meal period per day. If your beverages include alcohol, you
shall be solely and fully responsible for ensuring alcohol is consumed responsibly by your individual guests and
that no alcohol is consumed by any of your guests who are younger than the legal age for consuming alcohol in
the applicable jurisdiction.
Signage and Banners: Signs and banners are not permitted in the common areas. In an effort to maintain
appearances, the attachment of these items to function/meeting room walls, floor, ceilings or curtains is also
prohibited. Should these restrictions bee of concern, please discuss them with our Community Manager.
