About the Space
This gorgeous downtown apartment features all floor to ceiling windows! There are literally views from every angle 2 balconies and a back yard!!! Modern new finishes and 12’ ceilings. You won’t find this Gem anywhere else. Unit is a 1/1 in the property. The usable space is roughly 800 sq ft including a 1/2 bathroom. Can be configured for mature gathering or meeting. I can provide chairs for seating up to 20. There is standing room for a total gathering of 36 people. There is also an 8' x 10' space available in front of the North facing window that can be used for live music or service displays. Dark Hard wood floors and staged 6 star furnishings. Perfect for a film, meeting, wine tasting, baby shower, video shoot etc. Furniture is optional.

The host response was excellent. He was in the building, so not far. The space is as advertised, but appears smaller in person. I had a small gathering for my son’s prom. The space has a lot of extra food in the fridge which was annoying. The other residents were messy which caused a small issue. The host took care of the matter. The space overall was nice just not worth the money.

Awesome place, awesome views perfect for photo shoots, video shoots etc. host was very friendly, kind and helpful. Walked us to the parking lot and showed us how to get around! Definitely would recommend !
