Street parking is available right outside of the venue.

There is no natural light in the building. You can utilize overhead bright lights or our custom LED lighting for shoots. We also have a moving disco ball system!

You cannot hear outside noises. We have a mega surround sound system you can connect to using bluetooth.

Loading zone is available through private gated driveway. No ramp neccesary. The front door is located on the street and pull up access is also available.

There are 2 bathrooms on site

There are more outlets than usual in the space and all can be utilized. The circuit breaker is in the middle of the room and can be easily accessed.

Aether Room rental prices are by the hour including set-up and break-down of events, photoshoots, and video shoots. If additional time is needed, an hourly fee may be added to the total. For any event, photoshoot, or video shoot that runs overtime, Aether Room reserves the right to collect payment for additional time or deduct the additional fees directly from the client's security deposit. Aether Room rental prices increase based on the number of attendees. Weekday prices start at $80 per hour and Weekend prices start at $100 per hour for up to 4 guests. There is an additional charge of $20 per hour for 5-9 guests, $50 charge for 10-14 guests, $80 charge for 15-19 guests, $120 charge for 20-29 guests, $150 charge for 30-39 guests, $180 charge for 40-50 guests, and $220 charge for 50-60 guests. If the headcount is to exceed the agreed upon number of guests then an additional fee according to the above pricing will be applied to the total. If the headcount is to be increased following payment, Aether Room reserves the right to deduct these fees from the damage deposit. The following is PROHIBITED on Owner’s Premises and may result in forfeiture of damage deposit unless noted in this Agreement prior to Event dates: Serving or drinking alcohol during shoot Serving or eating food during shoot (will result in additional cleaning fee of $100) Parking in driveway, loading in/out through gated driveway No bringing in outside ladders or using/climbing venue ladder Smoking inside No climbing on ladders or other structures Pets, animals or small children No Shooting Outside or hanging out in the street (front door must remain locked) Possession, sale, and/or use of illegal drugs No hanging anything on walls, fixtures, furniture or structures (including adhesive, tape, clue, nails, screws etc) Drilling into or otherwise penetrating any part of the building structure Removing or moving any wall-art, frames, or affixed wall/ceiling decor or lights Touching disco ball or moving and/or unplugging any of the disco ball lights Removing, moving, or touching any Smart Bulbs Touching ,moving, or hanging anything on the curtains Unplugging internet router, Hues Hub Router Unplugging anything without asking a manager Moving Sound System or any components. Opening any cabinets, drawers, or closets or using anything that is inside cabinets, back-bar, hutch, drawers, or closets. Moving the back-bar or hutch Moving Piano, Purple Bed, Purple DJ Booth, Office Desk Hanging any lights or fixtures from ceiling or pipes No indoor drone photography/videography Any pyrotechnics, explosives, gas, smoke, fog/ haze devices (extra $100 cleaning fee) Aerosol fog cans for effects Any wetting or flooding of interior floors Climbing or placing any objects on the loft (the ceiling is not finished) No dragging furniture this will scratch floors Leaving Front Door Unlocked at any time No ticket sales, private use of venue only Set-up, Cleanup & Breakdown All spilled material, broken glass, and trash must be cleaned immediately by the renter. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure both bathrooms are kept in a clean condition. This includes alerting the manager if paper towels or toilet paper are running low. If there is a clog of any kind, you must alert the manager immediately. Breakdown at the completion of the rental INCLUDES returning all furniture, art, and décor to its original place and the venue returned to the condition before set up. Removal of all garbage ( both in the bathrooms and main room) emptied into the trash bin in the driveway.

For shoots with more than 9 guests we do require insurance.
