Street parking is available right outside of the venue.

Outside catering is allowed. Alcohol can be served but never sold! If there is alcohol on site all guests must be 21+. Aether Room rental prices are by the hour including set-up and break-down of events, photoshoots, and video shoots. If additional time is needed, an hourly fee may be added to the total according to our pricing schedule. For any event, photoshoot, or video shoot that runs overtime, Aether Room reserves the right to charge the client for additional time needed or deduct from the client's damage deposit. Aether Room rental prices increase based on the number of attendees. If the headcount is to exceed the agreed upon number of guests then an additional fee per person may be applied to the total based on our pricing schedule. If the headcount is to be increased following payment, Aether Room reserves the right to deduct these fees from the damage deposit or charge the client's credit card. The following is PROHIBITED on Owner’s Premises and may result in forfeiture of damage deposit unless noted in this Agreement prior to Event dates: Smoking inside Guests in the Street during event (must use back gated area) Cooking Inside Pets or Animals Decor on the outside of the building or front door Removing or moving any wall-art, frames, or wall decor Touching, moving, or hanging anything on the curtains Unplugging internet router, Hues Hub Router Removing or moving any Smart Bulbs Moving Sound System or any components. Opening any cabinets, drawers, or closets or using anything that is inside cabinets, back-bar, hutch, drawers, or closets. Moving the back-bar or hutch Moving Piano, Purple Bed, Purple DJ Booth, Office Desk Any pyrotechnics, explosives, gas or smoke devices Any wetting or flooding of interior floors Climbing or placing any objects on the loft (the ceiling is not finished) Drilling into or otherwise penetrating any part of the building structure The possession, sale, and/or use of illegal drugs is not permitted at Aether Room. The staff hired by the renter is responsible for enforcing this NO ILLEGAL DRUGS POLICY. Aether Room is NOT responsible for the failure of the renters staff to enforce these policies. The renter assumes all responsibility. All vendors selling or passing out food, merchandise, or any other products must first be approved by Aether Room. The client must provide a final list of vendors one week prior to the event for approval. Aether Room reserves the right to deny any vendor who is not in accordance with our rules and policies. Failure to apply may result in the loss of the security deposit. Aether Room provides a preferred catering list to all clients. If the client chooses a caterer not on the preferred list, the client must provide documentation of the caterer's health department certification. The SALE of alcohol is prohibited at all times. NO PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 21 may consume or possess alcoholic beverages during events or on the premises. It is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the renter to enforce Florida Alcohol Laws and to card all guests. Aether Room LLC IS NOT responsible for underage drinking during the time of the event. All events at Aether Room are to be rented for private use only. This means no tickets are to be sold online or at the door and no cash collected at the venue. Failure to adhere to any of the above rules and regulations may result in termination of this contract and/or loss of deposit. Set-up, Cleanup & Breakdown All spilled material, broken glass, and trash must be cleaned immediately by the renter. Breakdown at the completion of the event INCLUDES returning all furniture, art, and décor to its proper place and the venue returned to the condition before set up. All garbage must be thrown out.. All garbage ( both in the bathrooms and main room) must be emptied into the large dumpster in the driveway. All decor and personal items must be removed at the end of the night. Damages to furniture including carpet, sofa fabric, walls, plumbing, Dj equipment, and sound will be deducted from the damage deposit and is subject to go over deposit amount to cover all damages incurred. Any structural damages or plumbing issues arising from negligence of client or guests will also be deducted from the deposit. Damages to decor and props will also be deducted from damage deposit or charged to client. Aether Room does not provide on-duty JANITORIAL STAFF or bathroom attendants during events. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure both bathrooms are kept in a clean condition. This includes alerting the manager if paper towels or toilet paper are running low. If there is a clog of any kind, you must alert the manager immediately. Aether Room asks that the renter provide extra large garbage bags for garbage cans, and all materials needed for set-up, including but not limited to folding tables, scissors, tape, pens, paper, extension cords, chargers, etc.
