Welcome to my sunny and spacious downtown apartment located in the heart of Downtown San Diego's Historic Gaslamp Quarter. The unit is centrally located, just a couple of blocks to the convention center, bay, shops, restaurants/bars, and so much more! Inside you'll find a 1,000 sqft unit that offers a modern, pop art aesthetic. Enjoy natural light, a large living room with a 50" Smart TV, wood floors, a dining table with 4 chairs, a beautiful up to date kitchen, 4 high top stools for the kitchen island, a free-weight rack, a Juliet balcony and multiple living plants. There are 2 functioning bathrooms in the unit. There is also a bedroom listed in the photos which can be available for use upon approval. The building is wheel chair friendly and has ramps which is convenient for loading / unloading production equipment. PERFECT for production crews. With ample space, my apartment is perfect for: Video shoots, photo shoots, team meetings, off-sites, presentations and anything else your team comes up with!

HOURLY RATE The posted price per hour is for a crew of 20 people max including crew & talent. Larger productions can be welcome, we just need to discuss details regarding size and pricing FILMING, PHOTOSHOOTS & PRODUCTION Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and I'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! SCOUTING I'm happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests reservations/productions OVERTIME All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate per Peerspace's policy HOLDS Dates are available on a first book/first serve basis and will not be held without deposit or reservation NOISE We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you respect our neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10PM to 7AM. CLEANING & DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed back materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke.
