Our plant-filled space operates out of a traditional brownstone in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. It's perfect for events, film and photography shoots, or as a pop-up location for brands. With your booking you have access to the entire 2nd floor and an outdoor patio. The open layout allows for ample space for an array of furniture and equipment set-ups. Large windows face a quiet tree-lined Brooklyn block that allows for prime natural light all day. Only a couple of blocks away from the Clinton-Washington C and G trains. Street parking is available in the neighborhood. If needed, the property can also accommodate H&MU space, prop storage etc. for a fee. Main Space: The main space is 312 sq. ft. and consists of an open parlor room with 10” operable windows. Patio: The patio can be reached through a side door extending from the kitchen. The exterior is a cozy green environment with outdoor string lights adorning the staircase gently illuminating the patio providing for a romantic and intimate setting for small to medium-sized gatherings or dinner parties. Bathroom: An ambient half bath is available in the kitchen. It is styled with color-changing lights that can be controlled by mobile app. Evoking the feel of an edgy NYC spa in the Lower East Side. Furniture: Lush plants adorn the space with a minimalist furniture design to highlight the features of this traditional home. Pieces can be added or subtracted to fit with the vibe of the space.
