Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

All equipment , benches bars, dumbbell must be cleaned. Turf must be cleared. All trash must be in bin. The kitchen contains Lysol wipes underneath the sink with gloves and paper napkins. Please try to utilize the appropriate amount during cleaning. Make sure fan and bay doors are shut before leaving.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disposable gloves
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The space has the following features:

About the Space

8000 square-foot gym with 2000 ft.² of turf and a plethora of free weight machinery. The space also includes two showers a kitchen with a microwave and fridge. The space can be used to lead small group and large group training, fitness seminars and Finally it can also be used as a place to take photo shoots for a gym wear clothing line or to create contact for a fitness page.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There are cameras monitoring the entrance and exit of the building.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
