Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Microphones and headphones are disinfected after used. Use of masks is recommended.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space
Our location is the perfect location for a photo shot, a video, a release party or just to recording your next album. We have 2 professionally build recording studios. Studio B is available for plug and play, you just have to bring your own lap top. Studio A rental fee includes the services of a house engineer. We have an office that you can rent by the day or the week to host your next business meeting.

There is ample parking in the building parking lot.
General Rules
Our working hours are 11 am to 11 pm.
No Pets are allowed.
Studio Time available days, evenings or weekends by appointment only.
Special Rates for Free-lance engineers.
No firearms.
Smoking, food or drinks are not allowed inside the studio.
Please help us keep the studio clean by dispose of your empty bottles and garbage in your way out.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras at the front door and the lobby of our location.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
