About the Space
Hello! The apartment is in a beautiful new building with a unique twist to it on the outside. The most stunning part of the unit is the extra large window in the living room overlooking the charming courtyard. The unit has an open space floor plan with tremendous natural light which is fully accessible aside from the bedroom. The courtyard is fully accessible and available for use, which it includes an elegant cabana with string lights and a fireplace, all surrounded by a decorative garden. Both the apartment and the courtyard are great for photoshoots and small events. It is conveniently located in north Portland in a very family friendly neighborhood.

Place was clean, modern and sleek! Large window with great natural light even on a cloudy day. Owner was easy to communicate with and made it easy to book. This was my first time using this space as well as Peerspace and I’ll likely book again!
