Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We clean to the national standard for COVID-19 guidelines we strive and take pride in our efforts to make it as safe as possible, we ask that you do the same when booking your event.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

A unique and private space for your next event or large meeting, with full kitchen and outdoor space. This would be perfect for your baby shower, team building, the community is low key events we have in mind are family gathering, we also have space for jumpers, taco man and so on.

Parking description

Ten cars can be parked on-site, street parking along the property is plentiful.

General Rules

No smoking in the house ($250) if it smells like smoke *of any kind* no overly noisy parties - music can be at a reasonable level ( no bands, DJ's) Quiet hours are from 11:00PM-7:00AM Outside food and drinks are allowed, you are responsible for throwing away the trash into the bin, leaving the space as found.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Ring cameras are located at the entrance and exit points only, there are no indoor cameras or recording in the home. We only monitor who comes in and out.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
