About the Space
Situated in a charming old downtown in Boonton NJ, the building is over 100 years old and teaming with natural light, it was once used as a cargo loading warehouse. Perfect for your next lifestyle shoot. Now reconverted to a photo studio with an old charm. The studio has 11ft high ceilings (studio front) which taper down to 9ft high ceilings (studio back). The walls are a mixture of pure white and brown stone built on real wooden floors from when the building was first built. They've been refinished since. There are also 2 large glass tile walls which allows light through. These are in the client area. The only furniture is in the client area located studio front. 2 chairs and 1 couch along with a lovely wooden iron framed table. There are also plants scattered around the studio.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was great for a video shoot with plain color backdrops and rustic vibes against the wooden and brick walls. Jeff was a great host! For anyone planning on booking, just be aware that the parking situation can be a bit tough depending on when your shoot starts and ends (I got there right as school was getting out so traffic was bad and I had to circle around a few times to find a spot).

Jeff was an absolutely wonderful host. Laid everything out well and even was very accommodating with what options the studio had. The windows are west facing so it gets great evening light but it was overcast that day. Still achieved great results. Would completely book again.
