Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected after each studio session by our dedicated studio management staff trained in COVID-19 mitigation and cleaning protocols.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
3000 square feet of shootable space with a variety of included lighting, grip and stage options. The Main Studio features a large cyclorama cove, hand painted canvas backdrops, ultra high ceilings, vehicle and loading access. All equipment and grip is included with your booking.

Lighting description
There are two studio spaces both capable of being fully blocked out or flooded with natural light. One studio has a west-facing garage door and the other has east and north-facing windows.

Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras capable of recording video and audio are located on the exterior of the building above the front and rear entrances. Similar cameras are located in the interior of the facility in the lobby hallways and the rear Main Studio door.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Yes, I would book again.
This facility was incredible! Don was easy to work with and really helpful. Parking is available just outside the door and the location is easy to get to. The whole experience was a home run!

Don's studio was exactly what we needed for our shoot. Lighting was wonderful, sound was nice and quiet, and the space was very accommodating. Don was also very helpful and responsive.
