About the Space
Domia, founder of Vision98 Studios, after graduating from USC’s Roski School of Art with a degree in photography needed a space to continue working in. She started her search of spaces, and after searching hundreds of apartments and studios, and touring over 30 apartments. She realized she did not just want a studio for her work, but she wanted to open it up for other creatives to convene,create, and collaborate! She finally found the perfect home for Vision98 Studios, and the rest is history. We are in a quiet convenient neighborhood in Marina Del Rey with everything you need within a 2 mile radius from the beach, to grocery stores, shops, parks, and tons of restaurants. We have an open plan loft. Downstairs is accessible during the rental. We have modular walls that clients are able to rent and use to section off the space or to build sets. Public Restrooms are located in the building, but not in the unit. We have foldable chairs and tables for meetings and events that are available to rent. We also have catering equipment like food heaters available to rent. There is only street parking available, but the Culver City bus stops right down the street. We are on the first floor so any loading/unloading is a very easy process.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space Domia has was great for my daughter and 3 other graduates graduation party this past weekend. Domia was accommodating to all of our requests and the space made for a bright and airy space to celebrate our girls! If I were to do it again I would have met with Domia sooner, our schedules just didn’t align, but we met a couple days before the event to go over the layout of the room and decorations. It is so flexible with the moveable walls and changing artwork and decorations you really can make it into whatever will work for your event or shoot. After meeting with Domia we sent over a new floor plan and requests for some simple changes to the moveable walls and furniture and when we arrived everything was how we had hoped. The only recommendation I would make for anyone considering the space is to be sure of your timing for your event. Commencement ran long so our start time for the party was delayed over an hour. And then when we ran over our end time we were required to pay for another full hour of rental. Understandable, but disappointing. I chalk it up to stuff happens and would recommend Domia to host an event in the future.

The space was absolutely perfect for our event! Domia was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She facetimed with me a couple days before the event so I could get a sense of the space. It's in a great location and parking was very easy. All our guests loved it and we will definitely be booking here again in the future!

The host was incredibly responsive and so gracious with her time and attention to details. From the decor to the hospitality, everything was executed beautifully and with thoughtfulness while being very professional. I will definitely use this space again if in the area.
