About the Space
Domia, founder of Vision98 Studios, after graduating from USC’s Roski School of Art with a degree in photography needed a space to continue working in. She started her search of spaces, and after searching hundreds of apartments and studios, and touring over 30 apartments. She realized she did not just want a studio for her work, but she wanted to open it up for other creatives to convene, create, and collaborate! She finally found the perfect home for Vision98 Studios, and the rest is history. We are in a quiet convenient neighborhood in Marina Del Rey with everything you need within a 2 mile radius from the beach, to grocery stores, shops, parks, and tons of restaurants. We have an open plan loft. Downstairs is accessible during the rental. We have modular walls that clients are able to rent and use to section off the space or to build sets. We have foldable chairs and tables for meetings and events. We also have catering equipment like food heaters. There is only street parking available, but the Culver City bus stops right down the street. We are on the first floor so any loading/unloading is a very easy process. We have special rates for non-profit organizations.

The room is cute. Nice ambience and vibe. You can discuss the arrangement with the host. But the apartment complex can't accept any promotions/posts or a guide to let your guest in. It'd be better if you went there at least once to know the details about getting in, place of restroom. Otherwise it's better for friends or clubs who you can communicate immediately not for exhibition or meetup.
