About the Space

A food and product based photo studio located in South West Berkeley. It features a full gourmet kitchen with new appliances, ample food prep/work space, a 600 sq ft dedicated shooting room, natural east light, surface and prop rentals, client table that seats 8 and high speed Wi-Fi. A converted double storefront allows for easy load in and out with ample free parking. Located close to BART, I-80, DTC, Berkeley Bowl West and Emeryville. Base rate: $450/day with props and surfaces a la carte All Access $950/day: props and surfaces included Props: full and extensive collection ceramics, wood, glass, linens and cookware. Surfaces: library of over 150 surfaces Grip included with studio: Manfrotto tripod with over head tripod arm Rock and roller photo cart 3 C stands, 3 sand bags 4 full apples, 2 half, 2 quarter Assortment of cardellini and super clamps 2 v flats Pull down, black out blinds on shooting side of studio. Kitchen: Fully outfitted with prop and cooking utensils. 2 refrigerators, one with freezer Cuisine art Vitamix Microwave Electric Kettle Tea and Nespresso service 4 burner gas stove Dishwasher

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This space was unbelievable I highly recommend it if you're looking for a spot to do your project in. They have access to ton of props and backdrops which is a huge plus! Naty was also a big help throughout the whole process, will book again soon!
