Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

Yes, I would book again.

We really enjoyed the space, all the guest said they loved the space as well. We wanted to use the TV to show a video for my wife’s birthday, but the remote was missing. Most people found the venue easily, but some better signage would help. The host was very responsive whenever I had a question. I would book here again.

No, I would not book again.

I wish that I could give a review for The Secret Garden but I can’t! I booked this venue for 4hrs the early part of June for July 16th. On July 14th Victoria called me and shared that the A/C went out but she had an alternative space which was within walking distance. RSVP Black was indeed near the Secret Garden, however, the space was much smaller and it seemed as if the A/C at this facility was the one that wasn’t working. She had several floor model blow fans on as the method to keep the space cool which didn’t do much because it was still hot in there. Victoria never offered a refund of any sort or credit on any future bookings. I had to ask her for an additional hour and she said I could “but” she have a tour scheduled with someone else and they would come during my time. A few of my guests shared that they went to the Secret Garden and it was a baby shower going on which means that Victoria LIED about the A/C going out. I believe that she double booked the venue or went with their booking over mine even after I made the full payment.

Great great space for event. The space is Instagram ready! The ghost, Vanessa, was so responsive and accommodating. I would get this space again.
