We clean thoroughly before and after every event. Staying clean has and always will be very important to us.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

The main event space is a multipurpose space with high ceilings, perfect for filming, photo shoots, party’s etc. In the back area are three rooms, one that is very open with carpet in it, another can be use for rehearsal space, podcast filming and more. It has a green screen in it with stage. Lastly is a small all black room that looks through to the green screen room. WiFi is throughout the building. The entire building has a total of three bathrooms in it, two in the big event space.

General Rules

*Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the building. * Rates may vary depending on required usage. * Be respectful of the space and clear up after yourselfs. *Guests should leave no later than their intended time. Late fees will be strictly enforced.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Cameras stay on in the event space and also in the office space. We can turn them off if need be.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
