Near Downtown LA Private Space with High Ceiling

Hi I'm Joe. I've had this space over 5 years and have recently renovated it to very cozy and cleaned retail space. However, because of Covid-19, I quickly realized that it is not easy to attract walk-in customers and thus believed renting my adorable space would be the best option. I would like to see how this new try would turn out. My space is in between Korea town and Downtown LA. I have a gated parking spaces so you don't need to worry about parking on the street. There's no restaurant except one taco/burrito restaurant near by so you may want to use delivery app for any meals. I have a nice Ninja coffee brewer, some teas and instant mix coffee available for you and your friends so feel free to enjoy! My space is about 750 sqft squared space that has a counter, two center tables and four coffee seats and a coffee table as pre-set. On both side of walls, antique pipe shelves are installed that display my retail items. We can move it out of the shelves upon request (please note some of items can be moved at additional cost). You have up to 10 free regular parking spaces and for more parking spaces, please contact me for more details. This space can accommodate up to 16 people as maximum. This space can be used for any video shot, photo shot, meeting, party, workshop, baby shower, pop-up, and performance. My rate per hour is $49/hr and two hour reservation is minimum.
