Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Powerful antiseptic cleaning products used between all bookings; floors, furniture surfaces, etc are wiped- kitchen/bathroom are scrubbed and sinks/tubs are bleached. Space is aired-out for drying and new masks/gloves are provided for each booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Open concept living/kitchen/dining area: long walk out patio for relaxing. Main area gets lots of natural light from large bay windows, abstract art pieces on walls. Light unfinished wood floor, 52" 1080p HD TV on North Wall, dining table sits 6. Kitchen faces West- Dark Tile Island is versatile, 5 natural plants add Green-feel to open space. Use of 3 piece-bathroom included.

Ordinarily 3-4 spaces for normal sized/large cars available during day-light hours on North side of Rosewell/Castlefield intersection (45 feet away)

Lighting description

Space has large East-side facing Bay windows which cast natural light throughout; white walls and warm wood floors absorb the light with ease. Light can be fully blocked by using the blinds ( full block).

Ambient noise description

Space is in a quiet neighbourhood in a very quiet building. The unit has no noisy appliances and users are free to make noise/ play music.

There is a loading space in front of the building; a two way street where cars can be parked temporarily to load/unload. Clear and wide stairway provides amble room for equipment to be brought into space.

Electrical system description

The circuit breaker is on the south facing wall of the accessory closet. It is easily accessed without tools.

General Rules

Please respect the indoor space.Public transit is just a 10 minute walk to Eglinton station (TTC Subway). Bus stops (any direction) are 3 minutes away. Outside Catering is allowed-Restaurants, shopping, and city life on Yonge Street- just 2 blocks east. Beautiful Eglinton park is 40 steps from the front door. Very safe and friendly area. Morning bakeries and late-night food options alike – within walking distance. 5 hour booking minimum ( half day)

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Feel free to move furniture and move art from walls, AS MUCH as you want- please be gentle and respectful.

Smoke machines are allowed
