About the Space

3 separate dance rooms available for rent for dance, fitness, Pilates, barre, zumba, social dance, rehearsal, martial arts, acting, etc. Each equipped with mirrors and ballet barre, sound system. Studio has a bathroom connected to each room, air conditioning and heater, snacks for sale, and complimentary water dispenser. Have Mats available to use if needed for extra cost. --Studio Dimensions-- Studio A: 40 x 40 feet Studio B: 19.5 x 39.5 feet Studio C: 35 x 40 feet

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Lovely clean space with everything you’d need for a photo or video shoot. Boroka the owner was kind & helpful and my production felt totally comfortable and welcome in the space. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dance studio space in SoCal!

This studio was perfect for my Zumba class. It was spacious, clean, and well air conditioned. Boroka was great! She was communicative and willing to work with me so I could use the space on the date and time that I wanted. I would definitely rent here again.
