General Rules
-Please do not move the furniture. You will be subject to a $100 fee.
-Smoking is not permitted. You will be subject to a $500 fee
-Parties or events are not permitted. If you are looking for a place that will permit loud music and excess noise then this may not be the listing best suited for your needs. This is an apartment community and we aim to host guests who are respectful of the residents. Broken rules will be reflected in the review and you will be subject to a $500 noise complaint fee.
-We aim to host guests who are mindful of the unit and those around them.
-Discretion is required! Host is available through text for all of your needs.
