About the Space
The space is large backyard behind an 1800s mansion. there are 2 driveways that lead to the backyard, one of which we consistently open to serve as an entryway to events. We've hosted everything from 200+ people dance parties to quiet, 12-people meetings and dinners. Our space is very versatile and works well for most event types: meetings, dinners, parties, flea markets, screenings, concerts, dj sets etc. We have a lot of open space in the backyard perfect for a large dance floor. The right-most driveway has served as a perfect area for vendors in the past. A toilet is available right next to the backyard in the house.

The space appeared as advertised. Unfortunately it was double booked but we received a generous partial refund to make up for it.
