About the Space

Renovated 1960’s house with brick detail through the house. Fireplace in the living room and master bedroom. Two level house with finished basement. Large dining room with huge windows overlooking the magical backyard. Koi pond with waterfall, fire pit, covered canopy, and walking path around the fenced in yard. Great location near 400 and 285. Near Murphey Candler Park and the lake. From another booking websites, we’ve filmed TV commercials, TV shows, photo shoots, and a music video. Furniture in the interior and exterior of the house has been updated. Please inquire for current photos. We also added a covered patio.
