Large landscaped garden with lounge seating, fire tables, BBQ grill, concrete dining table, and outdoor shower. Expansive, bright living room with custom fireplace and open chef's kitchen within an open floor plan. * Open, white, chef's kitchen * Den with metal, glass, bifold doors to garden and fire pit * Rooftop deck with lounge seating, fire table and ocean views (this space is only available when discussed in advanced) * Propane tanks for fire tables and/or BBQ are an extra fee * NO ANIMALS ALLOWED!
