About the Space

Beautiful, light filled photo studio and creative space in the heart of Fremont. The space is 1,000 square feet with large windows down the length of the North, East and West walls - tons of natural light until the sun sets. Shoot-in kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, freezer, oven and dishwasher. Cooking utensils, pots, pans, speed rack and dishes/flatware/glass wear for 20 included. There is a center island with a six burner range - perfect for in-kitchen shooting. Client area with midcentury furnishings and a dining table with with seating for 8. Private bathroom within the studio. Studio is one flight up on the second floor. No landing or turns to negotiate if bringing up large props. There are c-stands, apple boxes, sandbags, v-flats and other grip available for an additional rental fee.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
