Intimate photo studio designed by Localhaus. Located on tree-lined historic block in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The house was built in 1899 and offers up a blend of pre-war details alongside modern amenities. Updated in a luxurious, textured, Paris meets NYC fashion, you'll find the house cozy and relaxed – a perfect balance of vintage and new. We provide the perfect location for small team photo shoots, lifestyle editorials, creative meetings, bridal prep/shoots, and intimate dinners. Localhaus is such a great space! Exactly as pictured, the owners are a pleasure to communicate with, and (most importantly for me) easy to load in and out of with a usable driveway and first floor. Will definitely be back to shoot here again.
