About the Space

Built in 1923, our space formerly served as a Masonic Lodge to one of St. Paul's Freemason Chapters. The building is adorned with original Masonic symbolism, Art Deco detailing, and a rich history of Freemason secrets. Now, the space functions as a multi-dimensional venue for events of all kinds ~ parties, concerts, weddings, receptions, art shows, fashion shows, intimate gatherings, photo/video shoots, and more. The Grand Ballroom is the main event space, boasting 20 ft ceilings and over 1,500 sq ft of floor space. The Studio space (pictured last) is an optional add-on, located across the hall from the ballroom with hardwood floors and lots of natural light. Perfect for a bridal suite, green room, or lounge. All of our spaces are spacious and allow for open airflow. We also hire a professional cleaning crew to thoroughly clean all areas between events.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
