About the Space
This beautiful and bright modern farmhouse is great for any type of photo shoot or filming. The space offers a living area with low cousin couches, and french doors opening to a front wooden deck (Moroccan/ Tulum feel) , a dinning area with a large vintage look table and director chairs (Restoration hardware), and a family room along side the pool with a beautiful wet bar. All does fully open (pocket doors) into the walls creating an indoor/ outdoor atmosphere. The house offers hardwood flooring throughout, a large size pool, Ipe decking in the rear yard, BBQ, Fire Pit and beautiful RH outdoor furniture.

We hosted a Holiday Dinner Party for our small business here and it was amazing! The home is beautiful and welcoming, just like it appears in the pictures. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restriction free parking and also easy for Ubers to find. Nico the host was friendly and responded quickly to all my questions while we were organizing our event. I would 100% recommend this space and would even book again for future events.
