Gowanus New Photo Video Studio Loft

We are a new 800 sq ft photo/video studio located in Gowanus/Park Slope with kitchen, living room and fantasy designed areas. The studio offers: - wide window with natural light, - different colors 9ft. Seamless paper backdrops, - faux fur rainbow wall, - living room style, kitchen and uplifted coach fantasy setups, - flat dual-sided wall 10ft wide x 8ft tall on wheels with rustic style and dark elegant interior, which can be used as a photography and filming backdrop. Current event: Rustic Style with Autumn Thanksgiving Dual-Sided Wall setup, 2 stack of hay and variety of pumpkins provided for your convenience. We are about 15 minutes driving from Lower Manhattan via the 478 expressway. 5 minute walk from the train stations 4th ave/9th street and Smith/9th street with R, F, G, D, N, W trains. The space is flooded with natural light with one big window. Direct Sunlight 8am-12pm. Natural light can be blocked out Makeup area on wheels with Heavy Duty Steamer for free. PLEASE NOTE: We have a minimum of 2 hours* in place in order to preserve expending resources prematurely. *Any booking requests that are under 2 hours will automatically be declined. Set-up and break-down time is included in hours you book so please take that into account upon booking our space. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - The studio is located on the 2nd floor. There are only stairs in the building. - Indoor/Outdoor common spaces available for eating/drinking. 24-hour access and surveillance. - A/C Unit (Self Controlled) - ​​There will be a studio manager* on site that will give you an access to the studio, assist you with introduction and possibly help with setup.
